1. What SharpTape is
SharpTape publishes statistical observations about the behavior of public wallets on prediction markets. SharpTape is an information service. It is not a betting platform, broker, exchange, or investment adviser; it accepts no wagers and holds no customer funds.
2. Not advice
Nothing on this site or any SharpTape surface is betting, investment, financial, or trading advice. Signals can be wrong; we publish our misses. You are solely responsible for any decision you make.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use SharpTape. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including whether prediction market participation is lawful where you live.
4. Waitlist
By joining the waitlist you agree that we may email you about the SharpTape launch. Nothing more. You can unsubscribe with one click.
5. No warranty
The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SharpTape disclaims all liability for losses arising from use of the service.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; the “last updated” date changes when we do. Material changes will be announced on the site.
